2 Month Staging Package- Monthly Rental Fee: $20% of purchase prices

RHD Fee: $1200, Moving Truck Fee: Varies

Home will be professionally staged. Homeowner decides which rooms to be staged. RHD will pick items to fit your budget. Most staged homes sell within the first month, but because inspections and paperwork may take longer, I extend my rental to two months at no additional cost.

Fee includes transporting furniture to and from home, RHD services, furniture/accessory rental for a period for two months and de-staging home. Professional photos are an additional fee.

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving

Design and Item Procurement- Preparation Fee: $1,200 – $1,500

If you would prefer to buy staging items instead of rent them? No problem! Give me a budget and I will take care of finding and purchasing all of the items needed to stage your home.

Fee includes designing, purchasing, arranging delivery, and staging home. Time period in completion of staging the home will vary depending on the number of items purchased and the amount of time it takes for items to be delivered.

Occupied Home Staging Packages

 

In-Home Staging Consultation- $250

Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate

In this two-hour consultation, I will come to your home and provide you with a detailed Staging Report which will include everything that needs to be done to get your home ready to put on the market for the best price possible! A reduced price is offered for homes that take less than 2 hours.

Includes walking through the home together and using a detailed staging checklist. We will also discuss optimal, return-on-investment staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on buyers. Lastly, we will review the report together. My detailed report includes an “Open House Checklist” and “Closet Organization Checklist” (if needed). At this meeting, it will be determined how you would like me to help you move forward with the process.

Power Staging and Mini Makeover- $450

Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate

This staging service is all about rolling up my sleeves and staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

Your home will be transformed using furniture and accessories that you already have to make the most of each space! If needed, I will bring in additional staging accessories to help give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos. I will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go. Hiring a professional photographer is recommended.

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving

Ultimate Power Staging & One Day Home Makeover- $750

Up to Seven Hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate

This staging service is comparable to the Power Staging and Mini Makeover, but this service is for homes larger than 2,000 square feet which require more time.

Your home will be transformed using furniture and accessories that you already have to make the most of each space! If needed, I will bring in additional staging accessories to help give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos. We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go. Hiring a professional photographer is recommended.

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.

Realtor Punchcard- Valued at: $750, Cost: $500 

3 In-Home Staging Consultations for the price of 2.

Have you ever wondered what a certain item, like artwork, a sofa, or drapes, would look like in your room? I can show you!! Just send me a picture of your room, dimensions of your space and a link to the item you are interested in purchasing. It’s as easy as that! Depending on the item, I may need additional measurements, so have a tape measure handy.

A good picture is key. When taking the photo, be sure to stand directly in front of the desired object. For instance, if you would like to see a certain art piece above your sofa, be sure to stand directly in front of your sofa while taking the picture. I will then use my design program to add the desired art above the couch. I will then send the image back to you via email and you can decide if you like it.

Ideas & Inspiration Home Consult- $250

In this two hour consultation, I will come to your home and gain a better understanding of what you are looking for.

If you have pictures from magazines, or images from online that you would like to acquire in your space, this is the time to show me. If you don’t have photos, no worries, I will bring some! We will go over photo inspirations to help me gain a sense of your style and what you are looking for, discuss color palettes, and take measurements.

“Hands-On” Home styling- $1,000 Per Room

Up to 10 hours of design, shopping and creation of design board. Each additional hour reverts to a $100 hourly rate.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves! This package includes a room layout and design board with shopping links. Once I have a good understanding of what you are looking for, I will start searching for the perfect items. Then, I will create a room layout and design board with these items for you to shop at your leisure.

The room layout assures that the items fit properly in the space. The design board shows all of the items together and provides a link to shop the item. You then purchase the items and set up your room according to the room layout I provided you.

Package deals available for multiple rooms

“Hands-Off” Home Styling- $2,000 Per Room

Up to 20 hours of design, shopping, creation of design board and installation of items. Each additional hour reverts to a $100 hourly rate.

Sit back and relax, I got this! This package includes a room layout, design board and the Stylist doing the shopping and room setup. Once I have a good understanding of what you are looking for, I will start searching for the perfect items. Then, I will create a room layout and design board with these items. Once approved, I will purchase the items on your behalf. Once all of the items are received, I will style and install in your room.

The room layout assures that the items fit properly in the space. The design board shows all of the items together. Upon approval and with a down payment, the stylist will purchase the items and set up your room for you. Styling fee does not include cost of items purchased on your behalf. It is required that the homeowner and pets be out of the home during install.

In this two hour consultation, I will come to your home and gain a better understanding of what you are looking for. Typically, we work mostly with what you already own, to keep expenses to a minimum. However, we can add in some new items if you’d like.

After living in a space for a period of time, it’s nice to be able to switch things up a bit. Whether it be aesthetics, layout or functionality, I will help you achieve your desired look by using your existing items. I will take measurements of rooms and furniture items to determine their best fit. I will email a redesign report indicating where I feel the items should be moved throughout your space.

Set-up and style redesign- $350

Up to three hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate

This package includes having the Stylist come to your home and do the work outlined in the redesign report.

When I come to your home to redesign, it is best if no one is home during that time. If there are multiple items that are being removed from the home, I may do this in two visits as a cleaning may need to be done after the removal of multiple items.
